Buying 500 seats or more?
Send the mail domains you need to cover and which providers you use. We will price Enterprise with you and show you exactly what coverage looks like before you buy anything.
What to include
- Your mail domains, and roughly how many people each holds
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace, or a mix
- Whether shared mailboxes or aliases matter from day one
Answered within one business day. See the privacy notice for how we handle what you send.
The parts people ask about before signing.
What do we pay for?
Each person whose signature Layerit manages: someone counts once Layerit has applied their signature. Inviting colleagues into the Layerit console to design templates or review coverage is free, and shared mailboxes, groups and aliases are part of the people who send from them, so they are never billed on their own.
Is there a limit on connections?
No. Connect as many provider organisations as you need, on either plan, at no extra cost.
Is there a seat limit?
Not on pay as you go: every person in your directory can be signed, and the bill follows the number of signed users. Enterprise is a bulk purchase of 500 seats or more; the console shows seats in use against seats bought, so you can buy more before you need them.
Can we bring our own templates?
Yes. Templates are structured content rather than uploaded images, so an existing signature can be rebuilt as a template with directory-bound fields, and the fields then update themselves.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. On pay as you go your first signed user is free for 14 days, so you can connect your provider, publish a template and watch it land on a real mailbox before you pay anything. After that, add a card and everyone is signed and billed per person, the first included.
Does the price change with a provider?
No. All three integrations are in both plans. Google carries an annual third-party security assessment that we bear as a business, and we would rather keep it out of the price list than put a surcharge on Google customers.
